Bouba Pillow
The Bouba Pillow is part of my exploration into sculptural homewares, a study in form, tactility, and play. Inspired by the fluid silhouettes of wavy mirrors, the design reinterprets those undulating lines into a soft, three-dimensional object. Its rounded edges and bold profile invite interaction, while its compact size (18" x 18" x 8") makes it versatile as both a functional cushion and a statement piece.
Crafted in soft, deadstock velvet and filled with Canadian-made stuffing, the Bouba Pillow balances sustainability with comfort. Each piece is carefully handcrafted in my Vancouver studio, with attention to detail and longevity at the forefront. By combining playful design with responsible material use, the Bouba Pillow reflects my ongoing commitment to circular design and creating home goods that are as thoughtful as they are distinctive.
